Kenneth Frierson Jr. is the Pastor and Founder of Greater Works Christian Center Church. God has anointed him to set the captives free, and to restore the believer to wholeness in Christ by teaching the uncompromised word of God. This servant of the Lord operates through the love of God to develop strong believers. Pastor Frierson is dedicated to the work of the Lord and desires to see the operation of the five fold ministry in the body of Christ.

Pastor Frierson was called to minister the gospel in 1990. He received his ministry training and certification through the Church of God in Christ, and was ordained as an Elder in 1997. He served faithfully under the tutelage of the late Bishop Marvin C. Pryor.During that time Kenneth Frierson produced and directed several ministry conferences that have drawn many to hear the likes of Donnie McClurkin, Marvin Sapp, Bishop Noel Jones, Pastor Marvin C. Winans and many others. Pastor Frierson has evangelized throughout the United States leading many to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Kenneth Frierson Jr. has a Bachelor Degree in Speech Communications from Wisconsin State University. He has worked in the broadcast industry for 20 years. He has produced radio programs and directed gospel programs that have appeared on cable broadcast stations. He has been the recipient of numerous awards in his field.

In August of 2010, Kenneth Frierson, Jr. was elevated to the office of Senior Pastor. He and his wife Pastor Alicia Frierson founded the Greater Works Christian Center Church in Flint, Michigan. As mandated by God, Pastor Frierson’s vision is to teach and empower God’s people with knowledge and understanding for a successful application of the word of God. With nearly 20 years of experience in ministry Pastor Frierson is committed to bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ to people around the world. Along with Pastor Alicia Frierson they endeavor to encourage God’s people to pursue restoration, healing, and deliverance through the power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Frierson’s have four children and reside in Grand Blanc Michigan.

Greater Works Christian Center is a ministry ordained by God currently located in Flint Township in Southern Michigan. As Pastors of Greater Works, through the help of the Holy Spirit we endeavor to empower God’s people through the knowledge of His word.

The focal point of GWCC is to provide teaching that illustrates simplistically what the father God has provided for every believer through faith in His Son. Our aim is to utilize various mediums to teach and reach communities and cities, locally and internationally. It is with enthusiasm that we desire to see the power of God change the lives of people throughout the world.
